A possible spinoff of arrowverse is calling Gotham knights, it would follow the so called death of batman. In the YouTube video below they seem to be aiming for an April 2022 release date. I really can’t see them killing off batman before he even appears on cwtv. I think it would be one of those things with his death being fake somehow. But you never know, they might not be planning to do a batman tv show on the cwtv network.
The whole idea behind Gotham knights is that they come together after the death of batman. Maybe cwtv figures a new batman tv show would cost too much to make. Or there are so many Batman movies out there that they figured it would not draw in the viewers so they are going to just kill him off. I really can’t see a batman tv show being successful, and maybe cwtv is seeing it that way too. So maybe they are just gonna kill off batman to use it as a platform to launch the show with.
Either way, they are hinting at an April release of Gotham knights. I feel this would be more useful than an actual tv show of Batman. I feel that Batman has had his time in the limelight already. And to give him a tv show would be a waste of a time slot. It will be interesting to see how this plays out although for the Gotham night.
